Title change

I like this article, (actually, I'm surprised it hasn't been made sooner), but I think it stands for a name change. Unfortunately, the only ideas I could come up with were

  1. ... For Brains
  2. "For Brains"
  3. "... For Brains"
  4. ___ For Brains
  5. " ___ For Brains"

I'm partial to either number 3 or number 5 myself.

Maybe this is trivial, but I thought since it was bugging me, it might be a concern of someone else's as well, (if so, then maybe we could also rename the Why Come page as well, possibly???). But I'd be fine with the current title if everyone's completely indifferent toward this. kai lyn 16:08, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

Oh!!!, and I just realized that maybe the format (or whatever the right word would be) of wikis or html (or whatever) can't process or configure (or whatever) titles of pages with certain characers in them, so if this too is a problem, then, ... I don't know... just disregard all of this I suppose... kai lyn 16:09, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

I think you've raised a good point — the same thing crossed my mind. As you pointed out, the ones with underscores won't work (for the same reason that the title of strongbad_email.exe is incorrect). But I think you've got some good ideas. Here's another one: what about

  1. -for Brains

Also, is there a reason the "f" has to be capitalized? It almost seems that it would better to have it lowercase. Trey56 16:17, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

Ah! I had that as a choice, but it was lost in translation... (Or maybe I accidentally baleeted it by accident...?) I like that choice; anyone else?
Ya; when I first brought this up, I wasn't sure about the capital "f" myself. I just thought that, since it was in the title, it should be in caps. (The "Brains" should definitely be capitalized though, since it's acting as a nickname or apellation or whatever.) I think it should be lowercase; hmmm... anyone else? kai lyn 16:54, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
What about keeping quotation marks around it though: "- for Brains" ? I think they're needed somehow, but I can't defend my point any further than that... Unless, ... unless "- for Brains" is along the same line as our Be's page?? Utterly muddled in the head at the moment, kai lyn 16:59, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
Hmm...I'm not sure. We're somewhat inconsistent about whether or not we use title case in article titles. Also, what's your reasoning for the quotation marks? I'm not sure what's best here either... Trey56 17:22, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
Meh; forget the quotation marks. Don't need 'em. That was just me being weird I guess. But, since we're inconsistent about title capitalization, I still think we should lowercase that "for". kai lyn 17:48, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
I know it's been over a year and a half since this discussion left off, but I think this should be renamed, "X For Brains", similar to "Ow! My X!", "Pasty White X", and "Not X". - fuchsiania 21:36, 26 November 2008 (UTC)
That makes sense. I think X For Brains (or X for Brains with "for" not capitalized) would make a better title. Homestar-Winner (talk) 21:54, 26 November 2008 (UTC)
