Ok, I had the TV on Cartoon Network waiting for Family Guy to start and "Cartoon Cartoon" was on. The clip showing had some cartoon bear with a transparant tank holding an evil brain with eyes on his head. The brain had designed some kind of super weapon . Lo and behold, it was Rad Rad Robotank! It had almost the exact same head, and tank body with two comicly large canon on either side instead of the one normal one. Am I completely insane or has anyone else seen this and if so, could it be the true source of Robotank? - crysys

::Actually, I wasn't kidding so much, although I was engaging in some flights of fancy by suggesting a Trailer Marzipan as well. And warning, I'm about to get lengthly again. Ultimately, I was just trying to explain that the voice can "be" Homestar without us having to worry about how Homestar got into this scene, or what that means in terms of its reality. I'm going to refrain from going orff on another rant about contextual realities in H*R, but let me simply say that the ultimate and only arbiter of reality in any toon is what TBC find funny. There have been plenty of times that something started as a hypothetical existence and morphed into an acknowledged reality, most famously Senor Cardgage. Despite your consternation at the suggestion, Bill, there are lots of contradictions within characters, locales, and relationships. The bottom line is that:
+
::#Until we encounter it again, there is no reason to think that this scene exists as anything more concrete than a visualisation of SB's hypothesizing (note that it's introduced in the subjunctive—"It would be showcased...");
+
::#The lamp is there to be tacky and to be knocked over by a beer bottle, elaborating the trailer-resident theme;
+
::#It's a moose lamp to keep it from being the cow lamp; and
+
::#The only thing Homestar's doing there is providing his quote to heighten the funniness of the moment. We don't have to worry about Strong Bad putting him there; he's no longer speaking, and the hypothetical reality has now left his direct control. He didn't put Homestar there; TBC did. It isn't necessary that it make sense on a narrative or a causal level, only a comedic one.
+
::The moral is not that "sbemail is not canon," it's that the "canon" is flexible, fluid, and comfortable with contradiction. This concludes the mini-rant. Thanks for your patience! —AbdiViklas 09:01, 15 December 2005 (UTC)

Whammy bar vs. Strong Bad's voice
Is it worth noting that Strong Bad's "waawaawaa" sound at the end of his little keyswordtar solo is not actually the pitch bending that a whammy bar does, but instead is actually a basic "wah" effect (if that's the right term, it has to do with a filter on the sound in more proper terms) --Vegeta897 01:41, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

Pointalism vs. Stippling.
+
+
I changed Pointalism to Stippling. Pointalism is a style of artistic expression that uses colored dots to give the illusion of blended colors, whereas Stippling is the term for using monochromatic dots to simulate depth and contrast. Stippling really is the more correct term, although the picture in question seems to combine Stippling with Hatching, a similar technique that uses lines instead of dots.24.117.107.182 23:26, 15 March 2011 (UTC)

: Actually, upon further reading of this discussion page, I find that the correct terminology is "hedcut". What's more, it is referenced later in the Real World References. Given that there actually is a specific technical term for the style, and that style is referenced later, what do you say we just dispense with this Fun Fact altogether, and let the RWR speak for it.24.117.107.182 23:39, 15 March 2011 (UTC)

[edit] Is It Just My Imagination?

Should we add in Trivia that this came out on 12/04 when the site said that it was updated 12/05? Or was it just my imagination that it did that? lol--Martin925 04:39, 5 December 2005 (UTC)

I think it fits more in the area of a remark. teeeffoh! 18:59, 6 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Strong Mad's line?

I personally hear that Strong Mad would be saying "I'll wait for you", instead of "I went for you", but that might be just me. --RWoSC 04:50, 5 December 2005 (UTC)

I hear "I'll" over "I'd". (But it is hard to tell.) — It's dot com 05:14, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
I uploaded a slowed-down version. It sounds very much like "I'd wait for you." It makes sense in context. SB: "I'd go to jail." SM: "I'd wait for you." http://www.crapware.com/smwait.mp3
Yeah I definitely hear wait. However, I don't hear a "d" sound, which makes me beleive that it's I'll rather than I'd. I'm almost certain it's I'll. I'll makes more sense, since he's saying "ok i'll wait for you when you get back from jail." As if it's definitive that he's going. --Stux 07:06, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
I also hear "I'll wait for you." and the line makes lots of sense: this is what wives and girlfriends are supposed to say when their guys get caught red-handed by the police. The joke is two-fold: (1) SM will do this feminine thing for SB; (2) SM misunderstands SB's hypothetical as a definite outcome, hence "I'll" rather than "I'd"Henebry

Well, both the words "Went" and "Wait" have a T sound at the end. :) What I hear, phonetically, is "ALL WET FOR YOU!" - considering Strong Mad's speech style, that's more likely to be "I'LL WAIT FOR YOU" than "I WENT FOR YOU". — Image:kskunk_fstandby.gif KieferSkunk (talk) — 21:49, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
I just think "I'd" would make more sense, not "I'll". "I'd go to jail", "I'd wait for you". "I'll" would make much less sense, and I definitely hear the D. --SaltyTalk! 23:58, 5 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] What Place?

Should we make a name for that room with the portrait and unicorn thing? I think it might be in homestar's house, with the moose lamp. SaltyTalk! 05:12, 5 December 2005 (UTC)

Or it could be in a trailer, like SB said. Makes sense, 'cause the place looks "trailer-like." — talk Bubsty edits 05:16, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
I think the trailer room may just be imaginary a place made up specifically for this Sbemail and has no real owner. Though I could be wrong, my second guess would be that its Homestar's Den, and my third guess being Strong Bad's Den, with stolen property from Homestar's Den. Either way, it looks like a Den. Veluet 15:36, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
I don't think it's Homestar's house, and I don't think the voice we hear is the voice of Homestar. I don't think I've ever heard him sound like that. The whole thing appears to be a doublewide trailer of some nobody who has a speech impediment that is slightly reminiscent of Homestar's. — Bill 18:11, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
It reminds me of the basement in SB's main page to me, what with the unicorn poster. Anyway, add it as "The Trailer" or whatever to "Places Strong Bad has made up". --אוקאלייליי (Ookelaylay)
The voice is a reference to caper, where Homestar, in that voice (because it's early in the morning, and he's groggy), says "thanks for breaking my cow lamp." I can't decide whether it's a trailer or a den. It looks like a trailer, but why would Homestar's mayching lamp be there? --SaltyTalk! 00:01, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
Hello, gentlemen?! Homestar doesn't have a moose lamp. This is an imaginary reality, if Homestar lived in a trailer and had black-velvet and blacklight posters on his wall which he threw beer bottles at. It's a place Strong Bad made up (though I don't think it should actually go in Places Strong Bad Made Up; it's not... place-like enough for that). —AbdiViklas 03:38, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
If he can have a cow lamp, he can have a moose lamp. SaltyTalk! 02:19, 7 December 2005 (UTC)
Considering the walls looks similar to Strong bads room, and that poster was in there on the main page for his room, isn;t it safe to say it's the same place? Darthvader66 Dec. 9, 2:21 AM
I don't know, Places Strong Bad Made Up has several one-timers listed. --Stux 16:52, 9 December 2005 (UTC)
And, upon checking, it's not his room. The posters were similar, but not the same. And especially the walls: they're very different. Doesn't look very much like it at all. --DorianGray

[edit] Hyphens or no?

I'm seeing a couple different spellings of a new word: "keyswordtar" and "key-sword-tar". Which should we use? I'm all for using compounds rather than hyphens (but that's what you'd expect for a German-speaker). What do y'all think? Heimstern Läufer 06:00, 5 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] More than meets the eye

I noticed that the Optimus Prime reference has been removed in favor of a more broad definition (Notably, just Transformers). With all due respect, it IS Optimus' head up there, but did we not want to be that specific? Just a thought. ---Jeff J. W.(Talk·Contribs)hr.png

Is that specifically Optimus Prime, though? Are there no other Transformers that have that head? — Image:kskunk_fstandby.gif KieferSkunk (talk) — 17:27, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
As far as I can tell, it is the original Optimus Prime from the old show. The other Autobots had similar, but distinctly different heads, while the Decepticons had slightly more angles and "evil" looks on thier faces. Hasboro may have used the head on other characters action figures since then, and I haven't seen the newer shows enough to guarantee that it is the only Transformer ever to have used that particular head. Anyway, it was just a thought. ---Jeff J. W.(Talk·Contribs)hr.png
Personally, I agree with you on this one, and I went ahead and added it back in (as a more specific example of the general reference). I'm not all that familiar with the Transformers universe, though, and I suspect neither are many of the people who'll read the article. But Optimus Prime was the first character I thought of when I saw that head, so it's probably correct. — Image:kskunk_fstandby.gif KieferSkunk (talk) — 17:47, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
Cool, cool. Non-depressing, cool. I agree whole-heartedly. The only other thing that came to mind was the original Power Rangers from their Megazord, but after checking for some pictures, it's just not the same. I think Optimus would be proud, to, uh, be attached to a graffitti tank...
Thanks for taking the time. Catch you later. ---Jeff J. W.(Talk·Contribs)hr.png 17:57, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
Should we just put "most likely Optimus Prime"? Because there is a small chance it could be someone else. Just in case. SaltyTalk! 00:12, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
This is probably not Optimus Prime, partially because of the lack of antennae on his head, but most importantly because this robot has what appears to be a mouth, and Prime has a faceplate. Perhaps putting "such as Optimus Prime" or "like Optimus Prime" would be more suitable. -Nova81426

If that's Optimus Prime, then I'm Bob Hope: it looks absolutely NOTHING like Optimus Prime's head, rather it looks like just a generic Transformer. For the record, I am a huge Transformers fan, and can isolate the following differences:

 1. Optimus has no visible mouth; he has a faceplate. This Transformer has a mouth.
 2. Optimus has a large vertical grilled box that dominates his forehead. This Transformer does not.
 3. Optimus has a pair of antenna-rod things on the sides of his head, where his ears would be. This Transformer does not.

Here's visible proof, even:
Optimus Prime toy
Optimus Prime cartoon

I am 175% positive that is not Optimus Prime, or even intended to be Optimus Prime. Considering how the Brothers Chaps approach everything, if it was supposed to be Optimus, then they would have drawn it to look exactly like him. I'm sure that if you look around, you could isolate a Tranformer that matches it, if not at least a dozen, minimum (hell, I could even ask my brother, who keeps track of that kind of thing much more than I do). Because of that, I would say that it's just supposed to be a generic Transformer.

And no, it doesn't look a thing like Megatron, either. :P --Spanky The Dolphin 08:36, 6 December 2005 (UTC)

Well Mr. Hope, upon reviewing the pictures you provided, the painting looks even more like Optimus to me than it did before. The "mouth" you describe on this painting looks like nothing more than a dent in his faceplate, and not something that would be big enough to even be a mouth. His forehead piece may have been too complex for the Brothers Chaps to include in The Cheat's stencil, and the antenna-rod things you describe are only apparent in the action figure, and that appears to be a little stylized. In the cartoon, they look kind of small and uncool. It is possible TBC based this simple little drawing off only the cartoon, determining the horns took away from the leader of the Autobots. Or maybe the drew it like this to stimulate some debate for them to read and laugh at. Who knows? Anyway, the page doesn't state that it is absoultely Optimus, but maybe we ought to put this in the STUFF Vote section.
---Jeff J. W.(Talk·Contribs)hr.png 15:00, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
Okay, now yay-hoo has changed it to Starscream. Guess what? That's right, it doesn't look a damn thing like Starscream, either. If anyone, I would say that it looks like Hound than like anyone else, but I'm not, because I think it's supposed to be generic.

And Jeff, for the record, Prime's antenna-rod things were often prominant in the cartoon. It's just that a lot of times the cartoon wasn't drawn very well. Here's an example from the movie:

The Death of Optimus

And yes, that little dent is actually big enough to be a mouth. I'm frankly weary about putting it to a vote, simply due to the fact that it seeing the above makes me feel that there aren't very many people on this Wiki that are too familiar with Transformers.--Spanky The Dolphin 16:41, 6 December 2005 (UTC)

How about "reminiscent of Optimus Prime" as a compromise? — Bill 18:07, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
portrait, Optimus Prime, and Starscream

Someone keeps adding Starscream to the mix, but it is clearly not him. I see a vague similarity to Optimus, but the head is kinda generic. — It's dot com 18:17, 6 December 2005 (UTC)

Yeah, I suppose that's good enough for me for the time being. --Spanky The Dolphin 18:34, 6 December 2005 (UTC)

I think the current phrasing ("the head resembles that of Optimus Prime") is good enough, but seeing these pictures side-by-side makes me think the earlier phrasing (where it just states "Transformers" and not a specific character) is the best way to go. — Image:kskunk_fstandby.gif KieferSkunk (talk) — 18:42, 6 December 2005 (UTC)

I think that (the head resembles that of Optimus Prime) has no place in this sentence. It does not resemble Optimus Prime anymore than the other Transformers. Anyone looking at that fact that did not know who Optimus was, would be mislead whereas anyone that know Optimus already know the reference is to the transformers. The stencil does not have anything horizontal to indicate the front mouthplate. If this was in STUFF I'd petition to have it removed for being patently false. I love Optimus, and he is perhaps the most well-known but the side-by-side comparison is compelling. I move to remove any specific refernce to Optimus. I R F 19:13, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
and as for the dent...no. It is and is supposed to be a mouth, let's not stoop to grasping at anything to make our case. I R F 19:15, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
Well then I'll just go ahead and change it to that, since I agree absolutely.--Spanky The Dolphin 19:38, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
I had never noticed that little sliver until I zoomed way in. It does look to me like there might be a nose and a mouth, which I suppose is where the Starscream connection comes from. I still think, however, that it's too generic to say it looks like anybody in particular. — It's dot com 19:46, 6 December 2005 (UTC)

I looked at a lot of pictures on an image search, and decided that I don't think it's Optimus. If anyone, I'd say Starscream, but not Optimus. Hound, maybe. I'd leave it as is, where it doesn't specify any names. I'd leave off the part about Newgrounds' promotional sticker, though. --SaltyTalk! 02:37, 7 December 2005 (UTC)

Odd coincidence... I was looking for images on Optimus Prime and ran across this. I R F 13:13, 7 December 2005 (UTC)
Very well, I concede the point. Sorry about causing all the headaches, but at least we got a good discussion out of this. Even with all of the picture evidence, my brain still jumps straight to Optimus when I see that sticker, but I see now that it's my mistake. I shouldn't try to make a fact published material unless I can find people who agree. I see now that I should use the "talk" method for this rather than the "post-it-and-see-what-people-think" method. Thanks for proving me wrong and correcting the site Spanky. No need to apologize. :) That's what this is all about. Now that I look at the comparison, the robotank looks a lot like Starscream. SaltyTalk! 16:10, 10 December 2005 (UTC)

Yeah, I think it's Starscream too..
Kind of, except the middle of the forehead is different, and the stencil is missing the pieces on the sides. Once again, it looks like a lot of Transformers, and you still can't tell what Homsar is saying in A Folky Tale. — It's dot com 23:36, 10 December 2005 (UTC)

I dont think its any specific Transformer, but if I had to pick someone who matched the face, i'd go for Sludge, Swindle or Optimal Optimus. But personally I think its only meant to be a generic transformer/Robot Face, as found by the dozen in both 80s cartoons and animé. Ghilz 00:49, 12 December 2005 (UTC)

- crysys

[edit] Not Homestar

I really don't think that's Homestar's voice in the moose lamp gag. I think it's just the unspecified trashy owner of the unspecified trashy trailer. — Bill 18:13, 5 December 2005 (UTC)

In fact, considering the accent and the fact that it's a moose, the voice might be a reference to Bob and Doug McKenzie. — Bill 18:17, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
I think it is. He's supposed to sound sleepy. --DorianGray
He sounds exactly the same way that he sounds in caper, where he says almost exactly the same line. --Jay v.2024 (Auld lang syne) 18:26, 5 December 2005 (UTC)

Most assuredly Homestar. What he's doin' in a double wide I do *NOT* know! -- Mycroft Holmes
Perhaps we were given a glimpse into the abode of Mustachioed HSR! -- Mycroft Holmes 19:13, 5 December 2005 (UTC)

Well okay, but if that's Homestar then it would seem we have to accept the following:

 1. Homestar owns or rents a "fancy" doublewide trailer.
 2. Homestar has a portrait of Strong Bad holding a skunk hanging in his doublewide.
 3. Homestar has a cool portrait of a unicorn on a snowmobile hanging in his doublewide.
 4. Homestar keeps Cold Ones in his trailer.
 5. Strong Bad is impressed by something Homestar owns (he speaks favorably of the trailer and both pieces of art).
 6. Strong Bad passes up the opportunity to comment on all this. Ordinarily, he would be outwardly upset at having to admit Homestar owns or has done something cool, and would either change his opinion about said coolness or comment that Homestar has no business owning such things. Or maybe fall into despondency.

Based on everything we know about both of these characters, it just doesn't make any sense to me. Best I can figure is that it's the real owner of the doublewide using a Homestar quote to fit the situation (which happens around my house all the time, especially when anything happens with anything that's blue). And the accent really isn't quite right at the end of the quote.

I'm happy to be proven wrong ... somebody make sense out of all the above for me, please.

Bill 19:42, 5 December 2005 (UTC)

If this is a place in Strong Bad's imagination, then we don't HAVE to accept any of these things as facts. — Image:kskunk_fstandby.gif KieferSkunk (talk) — 19:44, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
But where do you draw the line? All kinds of things that appear only in a Strong Bad Email are reported on the wiki as "facts" of Free Country USA.
And the question still remains ... even if this is just his imagination, why is Strong Bad imagining Homestar being cool? It's so out of character. — Bill 20:01, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
Uh, Bill ... I think you're over-brainin' this one. -- Mycroft Holmes 19:53, 5 December 2005 (UTC)

I'm not looking for perfect logic here; it is homestarrunner.com, after all! But it's hard to see TBC going so far outside the box consistency-wise for one little backreference. — Bill 20:01, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
All right, how about this? Homestar was visiting someone who lives in a trailer, and he spent the night, and was so groggy he referred to it as "his" moose lamp when it really wasn't. Yes, I'm BSing a little, but was one little "backreference" whether it was Homestar saying it or not, and it sounded just like Homestar, so who are we to say otherwise? --Jay v.2024 (Auld lang syne) 21:52, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
Jeez Bill, have you even watched caper? This is so completely obviously totally 100% surely Homestar! SaltyTalk! 00:16, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
I second Salty, that sounds A LOT like Homestar in caper. Here he says "Thanks for breaking my moose lamp." and in caper he says "Thanks for breaking my cow lamp.", it is a lot like it, so I think we need to just leave it as one of Homestar's Lines and have it be at Homestars house. I bet TBC just threw this in here for the very reason that weird people like us would argue about this, silly TBC. --StrongBaditude
Breakin' lamps is an inside joke/running gag. The Cow Lamp in caper, The Cow Lamp again in garagle sale, now a moose lamp. It fits! — talk Bubsty edits 01:14, 6 December 2005 (UTC)

Please see my comment above, made before I had read this section. I've said it before, and this seems an appropriate place to say it again: things can reference multiple things. Thus this can be Homestar and Bob & Doug (though I really don't think they should get a Fun Fact). On the reality of what we're seeing, no, not everything we see in a sbemail is H*R-reality. (In fact I'd venture to say the majority of things we see are hypothetical!) We have the entire page Places Strong Bad Made Up as a result. This is one such place (although, as I said above, I don't think it should be added to the page). Strong Bad started hypothesizing about himself as a black velvet painting, then extended the speculation to the fact that it would hang in a double-wide; then as a nice touch we discover that the double-wide belongs to Trailer Homestar. Who carves things in walls (as opposed to painting them), sits around drinking cold ones, and chucks the bottles at the wall. (And, although the voice indicated grogginess in caper, I think here it indicates the ravages of years of alcohol and hollerin' at his woman. Plus a current state of significant inebriation). Please do not, on the basis of these remarks, create a page for "Trailer Homestar" or the place. I simply offer them to ease Bill's character conflicts. —AbdiViklas 04:19, 6 December 2005 (UTC)

Try watching the scene and then reading it again? —AbdiViklas 05:05, 6 December 2005 (UTC)

Okay, I'm ready to let this one die, since I'm in a minority of one. I'll accept the voice as Homestar's, and just give up on trying to figure out why Strong Bad seems to be out of character. (And yes, I had seen caper before, and I did watch it again for comparison. I guess I just need to accept the fact that nothing I see in a sbemail counts as FCUSA "canon".) — Bill 18:14, 6 December 2005 (UTC)

I don't really think it is Homestar; the voice was too deep. Then again, it could always be his shady drifter expression from Halloween Potion-ma-jig, which wasn't too long ago. teeeffoh! 19:04, 6 December 2005 (UTC)

No, it's surely his groggy voice. But Abdi, I meant I knew you liked long replies, but the alcoholic-trailer trash-yelling at his woman part, kinda frightened and confused me. No offense or anything, but I don't see how you derived all that from his tone of voice! SaltyTalk! 02:55, 7 December 2005 (UTC)!

I think he derived a little from the cold one bottle hitting the lamp. --DorianGray
Abdi was kidding- making a wild hypothesis and including trailer-trash stereotypes. Much like what Strong Bad was doing! But really, just because Homestar's voice wandered in at the opportune moment to reference Caper, that doesn't mean he owns the trailer or that the trailer exists. Trelawney 06:28, 7 December 2005 (UTC)
Actually, I wasn't kidding so much, although I was engaging in some flights of fancy by suggesting a Trailer Marzipan as well.
 1. Until we encounter it again, there is no reason to think that this scene exists as anything more concrete than a visualisation of SB's hypothesizing (note that it's introduced in the subjunctive—"It would be showcased...");
 2. The lamp is there to be tacky and to be knocked over by a beer bottle, elaborating the trailer-resident theme;
 3. It's a moose lamp to keep it from being the cow lamp; and
 4. The only thing Homestar's doing there is providing his quote to heighten the funniness of the moment. We don't have to worry about Strong Bad putting him there; he's no longer speaking, and the hypothetical reality has now left his direct control. He didn't put Homestar there; TBC did. It isn't necessary that it make sense on a narrative or a causal level, only a comedic one.
The moral is not that "sbemail is not canon," it's that the "canon" is flexible, fluid, and comfortable with contradiction. This concludes the mini-rant. Thanks for your patience! —AbdiViklas 09:01, 15 December 2005 (UTC)

This may be a stretch - that's why I'm not posting it yet - but I think "some more paint" may be a reference to the Benjamin Moore paint company, which is probably the most ubiquitous brand out there. -- Terlet Brush 14:59, 6 December 2005 (UTC)

Yup. Despite its ubiquity, I've never heard of it, and I suspect most outside the painting industry would be in the same boat. [edit] Let there be lighter

It's true that Homestar's pulling out the Saab lighter in the Easter egg is similar to what the audience at a concert often does during slow songs, but it's hardly the first time that something like that has happened on the site... Does it need to be explained here? — It's dot com 20:54, 6 December 2005 (UTC)

I still think mine was a usable explanation. You said it was hardly the first time it happened on the site. That is specifically why I think we need to keep it. I disagree. The real-world explanation for pulling out a lighter like this may be useful for people to know, but I think it's more important to point out that it's part of a running gag on the site, and perhaps explain the practice in the running gag page. — Image:kskunk_fstandby.gif KieferSkunk (talk) — 23:59, 6 December 2005 (UTC)

I'm not sure if y'all noticed it, but SAAB makes cars, just like BMW. Key-sword-Tar is probably a ref to Kingdom Hearts, where the main character has a Keysword.--Coach J 18:45, 4 February 2006 (UTC)

I thought it was just a giant key. I actually have this game but I never play it. Final Fantasy-style RPGs aren't really my type of game. Anyway, it's a bit of a stretch and is very likely to be STUFF'd or deleted. So it's probably not. – The Chort 19:04, 4 February 2006 (UTC)

I didn't think of that, actually... but now that I think about it... no because KH is much too recent, they reference old videogames. --אוקאלייליי (Ookelaylay)
This is not a combination of a key and a sword, as the Keyblade is, but a combination of a keytar and a sword. This also fits much better with the Chaps' general humor style than a Kingdom Hearts reference. (Unsigned)

Even if it was a refference, it's TTATOT anyway, seeing as Key related swords have been around for years. (old topic I know) MJN SEIFER 18:18, 23 November 2007 (UTC)

Your question is a reasonable one, and if anyone has the answer, then they're likely to give it, but it will likely take a bit of time before someone with the relevant information stumbles on this thread. There's no need, therefore, to take it personally that no one's replied yet. [edit] Whammy bar vs.

[edit] Pointalism vs. Stippling.

Actually, upon further reading of this discussion page, I find that the correct terminology is "hedcut".
