Trogador, in all his majesty
Original Trogador

Trogador, a 20X6 version of Trogdor, was first shown during the '05 NYU Talk hosted by The Brothers Chaps. At the time, The Brothers Chaps stated that he was likely never to be used on the site, but nearly a year later he proved them wrong by asking Stinkoman for "some type of birthday challenge" in Happy Trogday. In his first offical appearance, he was shown to be far larger than his NYU Talk version.

Trogador bears resemblance to a Chinese dragon, although the 20X6 toons resemble Japanese animation, or animé. The beefy arm that Trogador has is done in the detailed and highly exaggerated style seen in such animés as Dragon Ball Z (Trogador's wristband even resembles the wristbands the show's main chracter, Goku, wears). The name may refer to the odd way in which Trogdor's name is said at the title screen of the TROGDOR! game. It could also be an Engrish reference, as some Western words transliterated into Japanese place extra vowels between the consonants that make up a consonant cluster, such as "doragon," which means dragon.
