| - | I first discovered H*R in 2003, when this fellow geek told me about it. I thought it was going to be another one of those "Badger, Badger, Badger" things that were flying around the Internet like crazy those days. What I found was a lot better than I expected. The first toon I watched was probably [[First Time Here?]] (unlike the rest of yous guys that went straight to [[dragon]]). I thought it was hilarious, so I decided to watch more. That's when my initial fascination came to an abrupt halt. The first things I watched were the older toons, like [[A Jorb Well Done]] and [[Where's The Cheat?]] While there were good, they weren't exactly "LOL" material. So I stopped visiting for a while.

This time I watched some more toons and played some of the games, and they made me laugh a bit more, but I wasn't hooked yet. Then one day, after I had checked out nearly everything else on the site, I went to the Strong Bad Emails.

Frankly, I didn't even know ''how'' to become a member. What a n00b I was. I just looked around the Wiki and admired the tireless work of the people that made it possible.
