Hey there, Coach B — cool signature! There's just one thing you need to change so that it conforms to HRWiki:Signature: the images have to be no more than 20 pixels in height, so if you replace your sig with

Uploading Pictures

• Hello Coach B. I noticed you want to know how to upload files. Here's how! On the left side, under the search bar, there is the "toolbox". Click on "upload file". From there, you browse which image (.png for normal stills is a must) and name it, and choose the licensing.
• To create a screen capture itself, take a look at your keyboard. To the right of the F12 button, there is the Print Scr/SysRq button. Simply pressing that button takes a picture of your computer screen. So, while watching a Homestar Runner cartoon, press that button at the desired frame. Then go to a picture editor program (I strongly recommend the free Irfanview). MS Paint is one, but truthfully is not that great. Well, after you pasted what you captured onto the picture editor, crop it, so that only the cartoon portion of the image is left. Save it as a .png. And there you have it. I Feel the Same!

I want to make Homestar Runner.com more popular too, just so the Brothers Chaps get all of the recgonition that they deserve for all of their hard work. Although, I sometimes wonder if Homestar became more popular, it might become boring (if everyone would talk about it, or if they all think they know the most about it). So, it's kind of confusing. But, right now I don't have ideas to let more people know about it, except to tell whoever I meet. Hooray4homestar 03:13, 7 January 2008 (UTC)

Talk Pages

Hey, Coach B, I admire your enthusiasm and am glad you're such a fan of H*R as I am. I would, however, like to direct you to HRW:TALK and ask you to read through it. Talk pages serve a specific purpose on a wiki, and I suspect your concept of what they're for doesn't agree with the consensus we've established. I would think your brand of talk activity might be more appropriate on the fanstuff wiki, but I defer to that wiki's administrators on that thought. While there's no problem with community-building and making the wiki a fun place to be, this needs to be balance with the reason we are here and the clutter talk posts not pertaining to articles creates in Recent Changes. I really hope I am not coming off like a jerk here, but do give that page a read so you understand why we have talk pages to begin with. - Qermaq - (^T/C)  20:51, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
