Rejects cat

Hi there. Drhaggis and I would like your opinion on Category talk:Rejected Characters please. We'd like to discuss this category before you continue with it. Thanks. -- Tom 19:16, 28 Dec 2004 (MST)

Quote of the The Week?

Some particular reason you created the "Quote of The Week" (with capital T) page? It's more correct to spell it with a lowercase T, and H*R writes it in all lowercase... --Jay 13:23, 20 Jan 2005 (MST)

The reason I created the redirect was because a couple of friends of mine and I, who visit the Wiki, constantly type in "Quote of The Week" instead of "the week". My friends began complaining about it, so I created the redirect. --Gafaddict 18:36, 20 Jan 2005 (MST)

Want to become "Screenshot Pals"?

Hi there, Gafaddict. I notice that you upload a lot of fine, quality images. Perhaps you could give me a hand over at Minor Teen Girl Squad Characters? At the moment, I'm trying to weed out the improperly used JPEGs and replacing them with PNGs. As for the PNGs that currently exist, some of them are not professionally cropped yet. Maybe you can help me with this project. So... I hope we can join forces, and use our powers for good and for awesome! --The Paper 23:41, 18 Mar 2005 (MST)

Sure, that'd be great. I'll get started tommorow, I have a few things to finish up at the moment. --Gafaddict 23:50, 18 Mar 2005 (MST)

Comma The

Hi there Gafaddict. Just because I'm curious: what were you doing with The House that Gave Sucky Treats and House that Gave Sucky Treats, The? -- Tom 10:15, 19 Mar 2005 (MST)

I made House that Gave Sucky Treats, The because I had made an assumption that the MediaWiki software would show Wiki users the page title "The House that Gave Sucky Treats", but in the Toons category, put it in the "H" column. --Gafaddict 10:23, 19 Mar 2005 (MST)
Gotcha. That clears things up a bit. Thanks. -- Tom 15:09, 19 Mar 2005 (MST)

Blank userpages/IP sigs

Hi there Gafaddict. I know you did a bit of work on blank userpages, but I have removed the content you added to them. User pages are for the user and no one else. If you would like to leave a note for someone on how to create a user page, please use their talk page. Also, the links for IP address's user pages don't need to be removed from talk pages, simply because that's how MediaWiki handles their signatures. I'm sorry about this, because it seems like you worked really hard. Thanks for understanding. -- Tom 16:58, 20 Mar 2005 (MST)

Strong Bad Chirality

Not sure where the left-handed writing takes place in haircut. It appears that SB does all the drawing with his right-hand. Did I miss something? -- tomstiff 18:35, 5 May 2005 (UTC)

That was my mistake. I thought you had added (instead of removed) the fun fact, so I reverted your edit, putting back the fun fact which you had previously removed. --Gafaddict 18:38, 5 May 2005 (UTC)

Adware

Hi Gafaddict. On your last edit to the Old Flash Page site, it looks like your computer tried to add a "mouseover link" to the page. You should probably scan your computer for adware/spyware. Aurora the Homestar Coder 17:32, 15 May 2005 (UTC)

Other costumes

Hi. Why did you revert my edits about the other costumes it the character's pages? Have you seen those list and what actualy on the costumes page? I think it's usless to have the same two lists. Further more, each time someone adds a new costume the character's also needs to update. it's just silly and it brakes the Once And Only Once rule. I don't want to start an edit war, but I want your reverts reverted. Elcool (talk)(contribs) 06:00, 25 Jul 2005 (UTC)

I'm sorry, I was unaware of the "Other costumes page." However, an empty subsection looks somewhat silly. Wouldn't it be better if you referred to the costumes list through the "See Also" section?  Gafaddict Image:Gafaddict sigpic.gif (Talk | Contribs.)  16:38, 25 Jul 2005 (UTC)
Good point there about the subsection. I will add other costumes in "see also" in a jiffy. Elcool (talk)(contribs) 17:03, 25 Jul 2005 (UTC)

Vandalism

As a side note, Gafaddict, I want to point out that the edit made to Image:KoT Typing.PNG is not by definition "vandalism", nor is it even "trolling." It's just a user trying to make a humorous image description even funnier. On a related topic, the growing trend at the HRWiki is to make the descriptions on the image pages more encyclopedic. That is, it is generally now established that the image captions on articles should be humorous in nature, while the description in the image's page should be... descriptive. Hooray for learnin' stuff. —BazookaJoe 02:16, 2 Sep 2005 (UTC)

Alright, got that. Thanks! —Gafaddict Image:Gafaddict sigpic.gif (Talk | Contribs.) 02:19, 2 Sep 2005 (UTC)

It's also not necessary to add trolls that have already been blocked to WikiTroll. The list is not treated as a complete log; more like an easy way to grab the admins' attention. But thanks for WikiGnoming all the times. —BazookaJoe 04:16, 5 Sep 2005 (UTC)

It's okay for him to be logged so that the likely IP is on record. — It's dot com
That's true. Sometimes I like to keep stuff like that on record; other times I'd rather not waste meh thyme. —BazookaJoe 04:21, 5 Sep 2005 (UTC)
Do you think that was really Willy? The M.O. wasn't quite the same. (Sorry for just chatting away on your talk page, Gafaddict.) — It's dot com 04:23, 5 Sep 2005 (UTC)
No, it's okay. I've never had this big a party here, so I'm all for it. Oh, and BazookaJoe, affirmative. —Gafaddict Image:Gafaddict sigpic.gif (Talk | Contribs.) 04:26, 5 Sep 2005 (UTC)
Not sure exactly what M.O. stands for, and too tired to figure it out, but I catch what you mean. I don't think it was WoW. It didn't quite follow the pattern. —BazookaJoe 04:25, 5 Sep 2005 (UTC)
Modus operandi. It is used in police work to describe a criminal's characteristic patterns and style of work. — It's dot com

Virus

Thanks for telling me. I'm not mad. I was feeling that this idea was stupid like the Mustachioed Homestar Runner Evolution page. Sometimes I can forget that this is an encyclopedia.-Lotionman 19:52, 6 Sep 2005 (UTC)Lotionman

Logo

Hey, Gafaddict. I'm intrigued - what's the basis for the design of your signature logo? — THE SMOKING MONKEY 11:52, 14 October 2005 (UTC)

I not only would like to know as well, but I would also like to recommend that you re-upload a smaller version. The one you use now takes up more than one line of text, which is frowned upon in these parts. To save you from real trouble in the future, it may help to get it taken care of now. Thanks. small_logo.pngUsername-talk 14:41, 14 October 2005 (UTC)
@Thesmokingmonkey: I looked up "Gafaddict" on a search engine, that small image was one of the results. @SHSRTUN: O.K.
