Weclome!
Weclome to the wiki, Haldo! I like your username by the way — Peasant's Quest is great. In fact, that's how I found the wiki: I was looking for a walkthrough for the game. Anyways, I hope you enjoy your time here, and if you have any questions, feel free to stop by my talk page. Welcome again! Trey56 12:52, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
Haldo, Haldo!
Welcome and great to see a new user working on the wiki. Note the little helpful hints above - there are a LOT of links and while there's no test tomorrow, you'd do well to check them all out. Note the ~~~~ part - end every talk post with that, and you'll be on your way to wikiing like a pro. - Qermaq - (T/C) 13:37, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
- Thank You! like this?24.34.71.97 01:49, 17 June 2007 (UTC)User:haldo
- Well, not really. Be sure to be signed in each time. I set it to remember me, but I'm on a computer only I use, so that works. Your situation might be different: bookmark the login page, so you always remember to log in. Then simply type your post, and 4 ~'s. So this:
This is a demonstration. ~~~~
- becomes this:
This is a demonstration. - Qermaq - (T/C) 02:30, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
Your userpage
When you tried to link to Shwoo's user page, you used
rather than User:Shwoo
. The latter creates a link, but the former includes the contents of Shwoo's userpage onto your page. I've fixed the link for you, it should be better now. Incidentally, this means that when you tried to remove the sections of Shwoo's page from your own, by blanking them, you actually blanked Shwoo's userpage... it's all fixed now though, but that's why you kept getting reverted there. Anyways, hope this all makes sense to you, and keep on keepin' on! --phlip TC 02:20, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
- Incidentally, did you mean to link to User:Loafing? User:No Loafing is someone else entirely... --phlip TC 02:22, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
- YEs, I have a strict loafing policy. Loafing 02:25, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
sorry about that. User:haldo
All right, user:Loafing, i fixed it, so now it says, "loafing," not "no loafing." User:haldo
Er...correction, one more question
how do i get a cool signature?
- Have a look at Help:Signature for how, and HRWiki:Signature for the rules about what you can and can't do. --phlip TC 14:10, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
My wedpage
On my user page, I used "helscome." Maybe I should use Weclome instead...? user:haldo
- Well, that's a good question. True fans will get either one, so it doesn't matter too much. "Helscome" is a little more obscure than "weclome", but people are sure to notice it. On the other hand, it's easier to understand "weclome", but it looks so much like the correct "welcome" that people might not notice it's a joke. So it's up to you, whatever you think. — It's dot com 21:39, 3 October 2007 (UTC)
Thanks! I'll keep it the way it is, so that it's more noticable. user:haldo

Signing Talk Page Posts
Hello, and thanks for contributing to the HRWiki. When adding comments to a Talk page, you should always sign with your user name and the current time and date. If you place four tildes like these ~~~~ at the end of your post, they will automatically be replaced with your signature and the current timestamp. You can find more info here. Thanks. Custom Userboxes
HRWiki:Userboxes | ||
|
You asked me about making a custom userbox, which is kind of funny since I'm anti-userboxes. =] Anyway, despite that, I'll help you. You can go to HRWiki:Userbox to learn about setting up all kinds of crazy userboxes. You can modify any existing userbox to your liking just by changing the readable portions of the code. I'm not very good at explaining it, so let me just do it for you on this page and you can copy and paste the code onto your main page. And so you don't have to edit this page to see the code, I'll make it readable for you here:
userboxtop

|}
Have fun. If you have any other questions, I'm happy to help where I can. OptimisticFool 03:02, 2 November 2007 (UTC)
IP Address
Ermm. You might want to edit with your wiki account, insted of using your IP Address. Oh, and stop by my talk page for any help. Happy Wiki Huntings, Sam the Man 12:42, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
- Oh, I see you tried to add another userbox. This is what it should look like:
HRWiki:Userboxes | ||
| ||
|
userboxtop |} Hope this helps. Sam the Man 12:45, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
- I mean it's not really a good thing to sign your wiki user name using your IP Address. But you can do that. Just giving you future advice. And I fixed your userbox thing. Sam the Man 12:52, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
- Haldo again. You need to put the userbox before the |}. Try That. Thanks, Sam the Man 13:05, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
(sigh) does anyone know why the crap my userbox isn't working NOW? HaldoHelscome!
- Yes. Your userbox is working fine, it's just the image of Pom Pom that's the problem. All your text is "waiting" for the Pom Pom image to appear, and it can't appear until after the userbox. If you moved Pom Pom's image lower down the page, below some of your text, that'll make it look better. OptimisticFool 21:37, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
Oh. It all makes sence now.. Thanks!
my box is too big
See the user box that says "this user is having technical difficulties"? Why did the pic come out so big? Haldo 13:30, 3 November 2007 (UTC) user:haldo
- I fixed it. Look at the way I designed it and use that for future knowledge. Sam the Man 13:41, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
Using Show Preview
Hello Haldo, I see that you have made several consecutive edits to the same page. I want to point out the Show Preview button. It's right next to the Save Page button when you edit. You should use it whenever you are making a lot of experimental edits, for example when you are trying to get formatting right. Using the Show Preview button is quicker and easier than saving and clicking "edit" again, and will keep recent changes and page histories from being flooded. Thanks, --DorianGray 23:08, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
Asking a question
When you ask a question, you can ask it in the place where it belongs. You don't have to ask it on the person's user page also. Furthermore, if you post something and it gets removed because it is inappropriate, please don't put it back. thank you. — Defender1031*Talk 01:06, 7 November 2007 (UTC)

About your recent message...
Usually, we don't force people into putting something on their userpage. It's sort of their choice whether they want one at all. So, please avoid doing that in the future. -- Super Martyo boing! 23:42, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
Your forum
Your forum link is outdated (twice even.) I suggest you edit your page with the correct URL. 71.90.128.212 21:30, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
Picture drawing
When you say that you draw pictures does that mean that you are a artist? If so, I see your work? Coach B| PRANK CALL!| (please make it aprropriate)
- Yes'm~! What do you want me to draw? HaldoHelscome! 16:39, 4 June 2008 (UTC)
Too many personal images
Hello, Haldo. Today you uploaded two new personal images. If you search you name in Special:Personalimages, You'll see that you have 4 personal images right now. 5 were tagged, but you stopped using 1 of them, so I marked it as abandoned. 4 images is still 2 more then we allow according to HRWiki:Personal images. Please choose which images to remove from your user page, and mark them accordingly. Thank you, — Elcool (talk)(contribs) 22:12, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
