[edit] Hey
You were on Stardrifter's KND forum a while ago, weren't you? Hi. I was probably rude to you then, so sorry about that. —Shwoo 12:10, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
Yes that was me. I apreciate your apologies and thank you. MJN SEIFER 12:50, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Talk page thread now open for discussion
Haldo there, MJN SEIFER. It would be much appreciated if you could share your thoughts in this section. It's much more effective to hold a debate there rather through edit summaries. Thanks, BazookaJoe 18:36, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Baby SAT
You're thinking of the National Curriculum assessment, which is commonly referred to as the SAT in Britain, although there is no connection to the American exam of the same name. It seems relatively unlikely that TBC would reference a British examination when they live in the United States. — Has Matt? (talk) 14:45, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
Actually, I think you may be right.
The one I'm thinking of it S.A.T (Ess Ayy Tee) rather than "SAT" so yes it is different, Thank you MJN SEIFER 15:00, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Assume good faith
Hi, MJN SEIFER. I need to ask you to please assume good faith of other contributors. Here, for example your edit summary is needlessly confrontational. Whoever wrote that Fun Fact was probably uncertain if the slang was used outside the US, and didn't want to speak for other countries. And here, you imply that others are homophobic. Saying that slash is controversial does not make one homophobic; it's simply acknowledging that there is controversy without taking any side in the controversy (see my post on the talk page). I'm just asking you to be more gracious in your approach to commenting on others' writing and to assume that we're trying to do the right thing. Thanks. Heimstern Läufer 17:05, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
I understand. I have added a reply on the Slash situation. Regarding the "American Slang" stuff I will continue to edit all occurences of it that exist outside America, but I won't rant in the comments again. I am sorry and will be more careful in a future. MJN SEIFER 17:51, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
