I stopped using IRC because it conflicted with something else I was frequently doing in my browser (and, to tell you the truth, I don't remember what it was!). I just remember IE kept freezing a lot when I was using it. So, anyway, I fell out of the habit. And TheGirl, happily, has gotten a life. Also, since you didn't have a sig to begin with, I didn't know what color or font you'd want, so I just threw something together. Now add {{User:Pacoman/sig}} here where it says "Signature:" and check the box labeled "Raw signatures (without automatic link)" then click "Save". After that, ~~~~ will work to fill in your new sig. Yeah, Bluebry just mirror's what's in the sandbox. By the way, you can link to wiki pages by putting double brackets on both end of a page title. For example [[User:Bluebry]] becomes a clickable User:Bluebry. And adding a "|" (called a pipe, found on the same key as the backslash) can be used to change the text of a link. Here's an example: [[User:Theyellowdart|Yellow Man]] appears as Yellow Man, but clicking it takes you to User:Theyellowdart. Try something like that on your "list of way cool users" .. but be sure to use SHOW PREVIEW before saving, please! =] OptimisticFool 20:57, 9 July 2008 (UTC)

Hmm, as I remember narrator was released around the time I first saw the website but it was probably a few months before I found the wiki... and then I just looked at it for years, I probably have been making edits for just under a year I'm guessing.  Green Helmet 19:00, 12 July 2008 (UTC)

Signatures

I can't compel anyone to do anything with their sigs, and it wouldn't be much of a surprise if I did. I would guess that about the only people that would be surprised would be new users that join the wiki between now and 1 April 2009. I saw those signature options, and I have to say my favorite one would be the one mocking your sister's signature. just b/c that's whose signature you're mocking. And i also think my signature needs a little bit of color in it. I tried a couple months ago, but nothing ever worked like i wanted it to. Another sig?
