is it "ya", or "it"??

I have a question...in the "montage" email, when homestar says(some of this may be incorrect, but I'm only talking about one word) A wagon fulla pamcakes?? In the champeenship?? I'd like to see ??? try!! What should go in the place of the "???", "it", or "ya"?? I have listened to this email over and over, and he says "it" every time!! Some other people seem to think he says "ya". Anyways, send me what you think he says, I just want to see what other people think. Sbemail 06:46, 22 October 2005 (UTC)

Hey, Sbemail, I can see how you could hear it as "it," but I'm pretty sure it's really "ya." It really doesn't make a lot of sense for him to say "it" when he's talking to the wagon; in the case, "ya" does make sense. Heimstern Läufer 07:11, 22 October 2005 (UTC)
Aaaaah!!! Here we go again with the "ya"!!! This is very weird...I have seen this one a lot of times!! Even on my friends computer....Every time, he says "it", anyways, thanks for your answer. Sbemail 07:14, 22 October 2005 (UTC)
I hear "it" myself. TotalSpaceshipGirl3
Finally!!! Someone who agrees with me...thanks for your answer. Sbemail 19:50, 22 October 2005 (UTC)
There's no question it's "ya". It was a Quote of the Week. By the way, you really shouldn't start a discussion in three places. The article talk page is the best place. Also, by that reasoning, you shouldn't ask people to reply on your talk page. Thanks. — It's dot com 22:13, 22 October 2005 (UTC)
Sorry about the question in 3 places thing...that was my fault! Anyways, I stand corrected that he says "ya"...even though i still think it sounds like "it", but i won't argue about it anymore. Bye. Sbemail 22:16, 22 October 2005 (UTC)

Pictures!!

Ok, I have one more question(the montage one is still in need of more answers though!!)

I know like, everyone knows this one, but as u can read in the "about me" thing, I am not an old user!!

Anyways, on to the question: How do you put images on?? Like, homestar pictues, or scenes from a toon.

I would appreciate anyone's contribution to this question!!(because the about me thing look very dull!!)

Have a look at Help:Contents - it should answer most of your questions. --phlip TC 08:17, 22 October 2005 (UTC)

Wikiwhats?

In answer to your question of what to call people-who-use-the-wiki: I usually use "members" and "users" interchangeably. But as long as people know what you're talking about, you can be creative; I've heard them referred to as "wikizens," "wikiphiles," wikiites," and so on. (Maybe the folks over at Wikipedia could be Wikipedestrians... Wikipediatricians?... I think I'll stop there.) —AbdiViklas 22:22, 22 October 2005 (UTC)

Ok, I guess I'll change everything to members, without the quotes. Thanks for your response. -Sbemail 22:25, 22 October 2005 (UTC)
Personally, I like "Wikipeople" ;) Homestar Coderhomestar-coder-sig.gif 22:31, 22 October 2005 (UTC)

Internal links

I don't want to be overbearing with the tips, but for any link to something in the wiki, you can get rid of the little arrow-box beside it (like this; it could be this instead). The difference is the first time I put [http://www.hrwiki.org/index.php/Main_Page this], as I would have to for any non-wiki (or non-wikipedia) link; the second time I used two brackets and just the name of the page: [[Main Page|this]]. Note the | as a divider instead of a space, too. —AbdiViklas 00:16, 23 October 2005 (UTC)

No no, its ok, I am new here, and really appreciate your tips, thanks for them. Sbemail 00:28, 23 October 2005 (UTC)
Oops! That last tweak tweaked it a little bit too far: I'm not sure whether you meant to, but you created a whole new page titled Go away. I put a "delete" tag on it; you could copy its code onto your userpage, perhaps. (I'm guessing you wanted "Go away" in your userpage to link to it? You could do that, maybe, by putting it in User talk:Sbemail (aka this page right here), heading it with == Go Away == or something like that, and then making the link point to: [[User talk:Sbemail#Go Away]]</nowiki. The # aims a link at a subsection within a page. —~~~~
I think i accidentally linked the "related changes" to this talk page...I was trying to make a link that went somewhere else...(i deleted it), do whatever you can to fix this...sorry!!!

Sbemail 00:38, 23 October 2005 (UTC)

oh nevermind, I just logged back on then off, and it's normal again. Sbemail 00:40, 23 October 2005 (UTC)
Ok, forget it, I didn't mean to click on "related changes"...and that whole "go away" thing was an accident...sorry again. Sbemail 00:42, 23 October 2005 (UTC)
Already fixed (you'll notice my link above has turned red, meaning the page doesn't exist; It's dot com deleted it.
Cool use of Special:Random, by the way! —AbdiViklas 00:46, 23 October 2005 (UTC)
Yeah! That whole "go away" thing was suppossed to have it...but oh well!! Sbemail 00:49, 23 October 2005 (UTC)
