Hey Cheatbot. There are a lot of templates that don't have <nowiki>{{PAGENAME}}</nowiki> in their category. Hello TheCheatbot.com, I noticed the edit where you fixed e-mail to email in [['Lectric Boots]]. I'm wondering if this will happen automatically, even in in-context cases? {{User:Broncotroll/sig}} 20:31, 4 April 2013 (UTC) Oh, and I expect an answer in binary.

:(Sorry this isn't in binary.) Okay, I had {{PAGENAME}} {{p|l={{FULLURL:Special:Contributions/The_Cheatbot|offset=20130404202300&limit=142}} automatically replace "e-mail" with "email" on 142 pages}} where it was pretty straightforward. There were a few cases where I let it go ahead and make a change in the transcript of the sender's message or where Strong Bad is typing—in those instances, the transcript itself was wrong and needed to be fixed. Feel free to go through each of those edits to verify them. I also made {{p|l={{FULLURL:Special:Contributions/It's dot com|offset=20130404205400&limit=24}} 24 manual corrections}} where for some reason the whole page didn't need to change or the capitalization needed to be fixed. I listed the exceptions, etc. in the edit summary. Feel free to check those too. I identified the following pages that as of this writing have the string "e-mail" in them but where I did '''not''' make any changes.

If an image is uploaded to the wiki, does it then have to be manually added to the [[HRW:ISC]] lists? Is this something The Cheatbot would be capable of doing — searching the database for images not listed on those pages? I figure it would also need to know how to add the todo and done tags to the newer images. {{User:The Knights Who Say Ni/sig}} 21:04, 17 October 2014 (UTC)

:When's the last time images were added to those pages? I would just use [[Special:NewFiles]] to work backward to that date, making sure all new files already have the right format and keeping things clean as we go. — [[User:It's dot com|It's dot com]] 02:16, 18 October 2014 (UTC)

::It looks like several of the pages have last updated dates in 2009 or 2010. The new files page says that there have been 33½ pages worth of uploads (roughly 1600) since [[User:DeFender1031|DeFender1031]] originally compiled the list in the beginning of March 2009. It looks like all the pages currently have between 800 and 1200 files on them, and this would hypothetically add about 200 more to each page. Also, [[HRW:ISC|the page]] says that the lists contain all the files as of 1 March 2009. Seems logical that it should be updated after 5½ years, and I thought this might be the quickest way. {{User:The Knights Who Say Ni/sig}} 04:51, 18 October 2014 (UTC)

Hellote! After countless capitalization edits where I've changed "Easter Egg" or "easter egg" to "Easter egg", the thought struck me that maybe that could be one of The Cheatbot's autoreplace functions. I don't know a whole lot about bots and how they work, so this comment might be ignorant and/or stupid, but it seemed like a neat idea to me. Would something like that be possible? {{User:SRMX12/sig}} 21:30, 8 April 2016 (UTC)

Is this something The Cheatbot would be capable of doing — searching the database for images not listed on those pages? I figure it would also need to know how to add the todo and done tags to the newer images. The Knights Who Say Ni 21:04, 17 October 2014 (UTC)

When's the last time images were added to those pages? I would just use Special:NewFiles to work backward to that date, making sure all new files already have the right format and keeping things clean as we go. — It's dot com 02:16, 18 October 2014 (UTC)
It looks like several of the pages have last updated dates in 2009 or 2010. The new files page says that there have been 33½ pages worth of uploads (roughly 1600) since DeFender1031 originally compiled the list in the beginning of March 2009. It looks like all the pages currently have between 800 and 1200 files on them, and this would hypothetically add about 200 more to each page. Also, the page says that the lists contain all the files as of 1 March 2009. Seems logical that it should be updated after 5½ years, and I thought this might be the quickest way. autoreplace: Easter Egg → Easter egg

Lira (talk) 21:30, 8 April 2016 (UTC)

Hmm, yes, that's certainly doable, if I can remember how the autoreplace function works. Gimme a bit... — It's dot com 21:52, 8 April 2016 (UTC)
Awesome! Thanks for your consideraysche! Can I have a stuffed grape leaf? Lira (talk) 22:20, 8 April 2016 (UTC)
Since you've replaced the links for Jibblies Painting and Casio Head Strong Bad, it seems like you've remembered how to use autoreplace. (I dunno, maybe this is different somehow— I'm not much a bot expert.) So this would be pretty great. A Youtube → YouTube autoreplace would be nice too. lBryIxA.png Gfdgsgxgzgdrc 02:41, 19 September 2017 (UTC)
I'm still finding "Easter Egg"s and "YouTube"s all over the wiki. lBryIxA.png Gfdgsgxgzgdrc 01:52, 31 August 2018 (UTC)

Keyboard Strong Bad

Hey,Cheatbot! You should change all instances of "Keyboard Strong Bad" to "Keyboard Head Strong Bad". Will that be good?

You don't need to yell. You do need to sign your posts. As of this writing Keyboard Strong Bad has not been moved. It looks like there's a agreement to move it, but the discussion is still ongoing as to exactly where. Until a move happens, there's no point in making a request on this page. Get back to me once that's done. — It's dot com 16:01, 8 December 2016 (UTC)
It's been moved to Casio Head Strong Bad. lBryIxA.png Gfdgsgxgzgdrc 17:01, 29 April 2017 (UTC)

Twitter Images

I'm no bot expert, so I'm not sure if this is possible, but can you go through @StrongBadActual Tweets 2014 to 2018 and add every image after pic=, pic2=, pic3=, or pic4= to the Twitter Images category? lBryIxA.png Gfdgsgxgzgdrc 01:51, 31 August 2018 (UTC)
