Androgynous Boys

West Is Lip is a British new-wave band consisting of androgynous boys from Hertfordshire that Strong Bad refers to in the email "old comics".

Debut — "old comics"
Hit single — "She partied without dancing" (This reached No.4 in the Sales Chart)
Their album art is notably similar to Kraftwerk's 1978 "The Man Machine."
The person on the case is Ryan Sterritt.
The title of the album "The Singles" is the same name as an album from the 1980's British Alternative band "The Smiths".
An actual British new-wave band, The Police, also used a similar title in one of their greatest hits albums: Every Breath You Take: The Singles.
- Dude, what the crap, MANY bands have released a singles collection and called it "The Singles", TBC aren't just basing it on the Smiths or the Police. Just to show you what I mean:
