(This has been refactored) Considering their only named appearance was in the Sketchbook — which called them the Sad Kids — isn't it reasonable that this page should be renamed all corresponding links should be updated? --Gafaddict 00:15, 16 May 2005 (UTC)

I understand they're called "the Sad Kids", however, it seemed to me on first seeing them, judging by their lethargic disposition, pale complexion, and darkened eye sockets, that they're probably anemic (due to iron deficiency). Why do you suppose they'd be anemic? A diet of marshmallows would tend to cause that! 28 August 2005

I believe they are supposed to resemble their creator. (trogga)
