Maggot Man was made up by Strong Bad in bedtime story as a character in The Ch8t's Cheatventures in Moses MaloneLand, where he is excluded from playing video(games with The Cheat and Moses Malone. He was later booted out of a football stadium (and exploding in the process) by Moses Malone. Because of his voice, Maggot Man appears to be some sort of geek, which probably explains why he was excluded from the festivities.
