Little Strong Sad is the depiction of Strong Sad as a kid. He looks pretty much the same, but shorter and has differently shaped eyes; he also seems to gets along with Lil' Strong Bad; it's a mystery why Strong Bad started being mean to Strong Sad, unlike their grown-up counterparts (although in origins, it was revealed that he got his prominent belly button thanks to Lil' Strong Bad and a power drill). Little Strong Sad also wears (at least in the picture) a shirt similar to Charlie Brown's from the comic strip Peanuts.
