There's not exactly much to understand. Just read it, look up the words you don't understand in a dictonary, and then it'll make sense.

Cleanup

This article is seriously in a need of a re-write. There are several section that say "When they are..." (as if the reader knows who "they" are), and there are some really strectched references, a few which I've moved already.
