Although everyone in Free Country, USA celebrates Decemberween, several references are made to the holiday Christmas.
- Decemberween is a parody of Christmas.
- In A Decemberween Pageant one of the characters in the play is Dr. Christmas, who is similar to Santa Claus and presumably affiliated with Christmas in some way.
- Strong Bad says if he was a made-up animal he'd want to be a deep-sea fangly fish, the kind with Christmas lights and custom lures in animal.
- On the toons menu, the description for Happy Fireworks says "Strong Bad ruins Christmas. Wait, what?"
