Tooty-two is a random number that keeps popping up in variously different and odd places. It is sometimes included in a phone number, a price tag, and so on. It also might be a vague reference to Sally Brown of Peanuts fame, who has been quoted as insisting, "Two times two is tooty-two; three times three is threety-three; four times four is four-forty-four."
