Butts are referred to quite often in the Homestar Runner universe. Common themes are for example butt touching, comments on big butts, insults, and butt dances.

- Peasant's Quest — if you try to "climb in bucket", you are told that "Your butt is too big."
- Halloween Potion-ma-jig — Marzipan says that Homestar has a "skinny white butt". Later on, Homestar tells her "That costume makes your butt look big."
