Position of this template on the subpages
I really think anyone looking to use this template would appreciate being at the top, rather than the bottom, of the subpages, especially because some of them are quite lengthy. These aren't articles, they're tables of information; the navigation should therefore be in the most practical spot for someone looking for the links.
