Ted Kotsaftis helped work on the strongbad_email.exe DVD. According to apple.com, Ted was an animation director at one time.

Aside from strongbad_email.exe DVD, Ted Kotsaftis has worked on FUSE TV Brand Package, for which he was one of the animators. Not much is known on how much work he did on it.
