I don't have a particular opinion about whether this should be deleted, but if it is based on its use in only one email/toon, there are plenty of other articles that would also need to be deleted on the same criterion. People always create pages for "neato" things from each page. Give it a toon. Awexome 20:06, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
"Give it a toon"? This is a bona-fida item. (From the Inclusion Guidelines) "Page content relating to a H*R-specific item or location: Needs only one appearance in Homestar Runner toons, as long as it played an important role in the plot". I don't see any compiling reason to delete this page. Elcool (talk)(contribs)
This item actually contributed to the plot. Keep Bad Bad Guy 20:25, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
If we're allowed articles about Homestar's Clock and 'Lectric Boots, there is no reason not to have an article on the Taranchula Black Metal Detector. KEEP.The Chort 15:58, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
