I've decided to describe how these infoboxes were created. First, I copied the infobox from Bubs' Concession Stand (which was in turn copied from the various company infoboxes on Wikipedia) and replaced it with bandly information. The categories I got were half from Wikipedia's infobox on Green Day (origin, genre(s), members), and half new ones, like "backup", "discography" and "producer". If there was a suitable shot of the band, or if a picture of the band playing didn't exist, then I'd take the one already there and put it in the infobox, taking the thumbnail caption and adding it as the message that comes up if you move your cursor over it. At first, I had to copy all the wikitext and replace all the information to adjust with each different band, until this Sam Goldfish guy came up with his template-making ways, making it a lot easier. --VolatileChemical 02:28, 22 February 2006 (UTC)

If I needed a picture of the band but there wasn't a suitable one (by "suitable", I mean one of the band playing in concert) already on the page, I screen shot'd one and uploaded it.

I went ahead and took backup out of the info box, since it only applies to TMBG, and not a single other band. —Flashfight 06:52, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
