Reynold is a civilian contractor for the Cheat Commandos. He wears glasses and a clip-on tie. You can buy his apartment. You can also buy his groceries. His girlfriend used to buy them for him, before she broke up with him.
Reynold first appears (as a character, not simply an action figure) in the short Shopping for Danger. He is unhappy with his job and wants to go on a mission with the other Cheat Commandos. His voice is whiny and somewhat similar to Strong Sad's. He also is interested in Foxface, the only female Commando.
