There are exceptions (anonnies cannot have or edit User Pages, for example) but they're few and far between. Were they not, [[User:JoeyDay|JoeyDay]], [[User:Tom|Tom]], or [[User:It's dot com|It's dot com]] would be able to bar anonnies from editing anyway. I know you've already discussed this matter on GuardDuck's talk page, but it bears repeating: Anonny edits are perfectly fine on this Wiki, so long as they are constructive. There are exceptions (anonnies cannot have or edit User Pages, for example) but they're few and far between. Were they not, JoeyDay, Tom, or It's dot com would be able to bar anonnies from editing anyway.
