Could Rubby Plop-Plop be a refernece to the Mad Hatter? The outline is similar to the disney character, not to mention the Mad Hatter was also an imaginary character.

Considering one of them is already referencing something, there is a good chance that it is. They have a lot of similarities. free 14:06, 16 July 2009 (UTC)
