May I suggest that instead of bumping a topic you should state your opinion. If, after some time has passed, no one has replied, then you should just implement your opinion. One of two things will then happen: Either the change will be tacitly approved, or people will come out of the woodwork and finally discuss it. As for the question, I don't really have an opinion.
