Star Trek is a popular science fiction TV series that the media has referenced frequently.

- Puppet Jam: Tropical Lazor Beams — Homestar Runner sings "I put my lazors on stun!"
- Hairstyle Runner — One of the galleries is called "spock can talk to whales".
- Email dreamail — Strong Bad says "on screen". He also addresses the email, which he is writing at the end, to Leonard Nimoy, who starred in the original series of Star Trek.
- Email best thing — Limozeen appear in the science fiction show ENCOUNTER AT GROUPULON 5.
- Email space program — Strong Bad types a "Captainface Log".
- Teen Girl Squad Issue 11 — Science Fiction Greg dresses up in a Star Trek uniform.
- Email fan club — During Strong Bad's fan fiction, he has Strong Sad say "And thats why I like all them Star Tracks!"
