"I sure did."

Caleb Rentpayer is a TV show of which Strong Bad is a fan. It was first overheard in the Strong Bad Email "secret recipes," as it was being watched by The King of Town, but had a more prominent role in Bug In Mouth Disease. Even more information was revealed in the toon's audio commentary.

The show features the trials and tribulations of Caleb, a renegade who somehow acquires a lot of money, and his butler, Tucksworth. Caleb is normally very disrespectful of Tucksworth, while Tucksworth is often skeptical of Caleb's schemes.

In a whodunit cliffhanger for which Strong Bad duct taped his head to the TV, it was revealed that Homestar Runner had shot Caleb, a parody of the famous Dallas episode "Who Shot J.R.?" It is uncertain whether Caleb survived, although Tucksworth made a later appearance in winter pool.

The show is likely a parody of soap operas, which often have befuddled dialogues and dramatic musical scores to go along with them.
