Our proprietor (owner) is actually [[User:JoeyDay|JoeyDay]], and they are assisted by the [[Special:Admins list|sysops]]. But not even JoeyDay makes arbitrary decisions without the input of the wiki as a whole. Your best chance would be to wait for a reply to your input on the [[Wagon Fulla Pancakes|page]] in question's [[Talk:Wagon Fulla Pancakes|talk page]]. I've already left one there.
