I don't think this is really significant enough for an article. The only really substantial examples are the [[pom pom]] and [[Summer Short Shorts]] examples; the others are just brief cameos and, in one case, a mention by TBC. Two significant examples don't seem like enough to me. I am going to point out that I am not going to decide on my stance regarding deletion until the article is thoroughly finished. I don't think this is really significant enough for an article. - I think it's too early to decide whether it's a running gag. It should really only be one sentence on Pom Pom's bio page (and that's basically how it is now) until the TBC magic creates more instances. And even then I wouldn't know if it's a running gag. Loafing
