This is weird, but my opinion on Sickly Sam is that 1933 Strong Sad died and now he's came back. After all, Sickly Sam's just bones and a Potate sack. User:Stongbah

I think we should add the fact that he doesn't seem to be related to Old-Timey Strong Bad and Strong Man in any way. They just consider him a "dead kid" that they want to sell for money.
