Within the Homestar Runner body of work, there have been many references to the children's television and variety shows created by Sid and Marty Krofft.

- Pumpkin Carve-nival — The Poopsmith is dressed as a Sleestak, one of a group of evil creatures from Land of the Lost.
- Halloween Fairstival — The Cheat is dressed as Sigmund from Sigmund and the Sea Monsters.
- Trogdor Con '97 — The Poopsmith's Sleestak costume is seen again, when he wears it at the convention.
