The Popular Vote was the sidekick of the King of Town when he ruled Free Country, USA in the days before Decemberween was discovered. The Popular Vote had a secret past with an angel, but their relationship came to a tragic end. The Angel reminds him not to cry so that he will not rust. In A Decemberween Pageant, he is played by The Cheat wearing a sandwich board which says "The Popular Vote"—however, it's probable that this is due to a low budget and he actually looked very different.
