About the Formatting
No matter how much you try to make your computer screen a piece of paper, all that white will strain your eyes. It's light! It's going to do that! Light text on a dark background will cut down the light and conserve your eyes. Hence, this heavy formatting.

The HRWiki and me
I've been a member of this fine wiki since October 4, 2004. I mainly fix grammatical and spelling errors and vote in the [useful] STUFF. Occasionally I participate in discussions. I really don't think trolls will be enough of a problem for me to twart any. Well, here at least, but I am a Wikipedian. Now I'm just ramblin', so MOVING ON.

Beat the crap out of spelling and grammatical errors and made some text superscript

Examples of misspelling/grammatical errors (somehow, my language arts teacher made these stnanks):
- Common curtsey... (Curtsey? Don't you mean courtesy?)
- make-up work | make up work | makeup work (Um... the first one is the best choice, but at least be consistent!)
