Pom Pom's girls are Pom Pom's 27 girlfriends. Pom Pom is often seen talking on his cell phone (and likely his Pom Pilot). From their heads it looks like they're poms, but from their body it looks like they're human. Perhaps they are part-pom, part-human.
Despite being Poms, the girls laugh in a 'true' voice, rather than in the Pomspeak used by Pom Pom when he laughs.
