Cleanup? Delete?
All the info in this article is covered in the various updates pages. Nonetheless, I could see some good in keeping this article as a brief summary of the high points of the history of H*R.com. If we do, though, it will need substantial cleanup and a page move (at least to correct capitalization, and I kind of think the title needs to describe what the article is about better.
