Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 1.0, released in 2000, is the first of 14 toons featuring the messages left by various citizens of Free Country, USA, for Marzipan to hear. They run the gamut of calls from her clueless boyfriend Homestar Runner, Strong Sad's desperate attempts to gain friendship, and the prank calls of Strong Bad (who, in this installment, tries to get her to stick her head in her toilet).
