Take-a-break.exe is a relaxing Compy 386 program of a sunset over the ocean. Waves gently lap up onto the shore, and a white seagull flies across the sky. It is available for download in the e-mail huttah!. Although Strong Bad believes take-a-break can help him to relax, in reality the seagull becomes frustrating after a while, despite it being Strong Bad's "winged-friend".
