Maggot Man was made up by Strong Bad in bedtime story as a character in The Ch8t's Cheatventures in Moses Malone Land, where he is excluded from playing video games with The Cheat and Moses Malone. Because of his voice, Magot Man appears to be some sort of geek, which probably explains why he was excluded.
