Don and Harriet Chapman are the parents of TBC. He is a retired chief financial officer of an insurance firm. She is their mother. They helped TBC first start running the Store on the website, using their ping pong table. They also seem to have a (small) say in what is shown on the site, as Marshmallow's Last Stand was temporarily put back on the site a while back due to several requests from Don Chapman. (See disclaimer at start of cartoon).
