Witches' Brew is a phrase that Homestar Runner happens to say a lot. Especially in Pumpkin Carve-nival. Although technically, it's really Strong Bad who says it first, since he's dressed up as Homestar at the time. (Yes, the origin of this reference seems to be that complicated.) Witches' Brew appears to consist of some unknown "cold-hot-fresh" concoction, which may contain candy at the creator's discretion.
