Hello, and thanks for contributing to the HRWiki. When editing a page, there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. Even a short summary is better than no summary. Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, especially for big edits or when you are making subtle but important changes. Thanks.
