Hoisin Sauce is a Chinese dipping sauce, also known as Chinese Barbeque Sauce.
In keep cool, Strong Bad and Strong Mad put a spoonfull of Hoisin Sauce on Strong Sad's head to figure out the temperature, but it turns out this was completely pointless.
Hoisin sauce was also used in Halloween Potion-ma-jig in an easter egg with Homsar where Hoisin Sauce was above the choices.
