The Zombie Uprising of 2046 is an event described by Strong Bad in the email your funeral. According to him, it will begin on exactly March 31st, 2046 at 2:03 pm. It seems that the Zombie forces will have the upper hand in the battles, as humanity will be forced to seek shelter behind defenses. These defenses, however, will eventually fall to the strength of the Zombie Forces. Humanity will have a "doomsday device" that could save them though. The doomsday device is referenced to as "the leotard." Whether this is literal or a codename is uncertain.
