Creepy Comb-Over Strong Bad is how Strong Bad describes himself in the email "kind of cool". This is an ugly, dumpy guy with a creepy comb-over and a beer belly. He looks and acts exactly like Senor Cardgage, an extremely sketchy character. Strong Bad thinks he's the coolest, but a different kind of cool, the I'm so cool, you don't even notice I'm cool, kind of cool.
