The Tragic Clown Dog is the mascot for Bubs' Concession Stand, who was played by Strong Bad in a costume, until Strong Bad quit so he could get back to his Lappy 486, which was almost out of juice. Pictures with the Tragic Clown Dog aren't free, as Bubs charged Pom Pom and Coach Z $60 bucks for the privilege (or at least tried to). Bubs made Strong Bad buy the costume when he was hired.
