The PhoneTime XL8 is Marzipan's current answering machine. It first appeared in Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 9.2. This new machine is functionally the same as the previous model, but rather than the faux wood case, this sports a nice, black finish.
Strong Bad managed to leave a prank call on this machine from prison using a can and some string in Strong Bad is in Jail Cartoon.
Strong Bad tried to sell it back to Marzipan in the e-mail garage sale. Marzipan wasn't too happy about that.
