The King of Town in A Decemberween Pageant, is played by Homestar with a fake beard and a Burger King crown. He ruled Free Country, USA back when he declared the first Decemberween. His partner is The Popular Vote, played by The Cheat. the real King Of Town was disappointed that he didn't get this role, and complained.
