During the Halloween toons, the characters dress up in costumes in which to go 'trick or treating'. More often than not, such costumes are of an icon or celebrity from the 1970s, 80s and 90s. As a result, at least one character per toon occasionally speaks in dialogue or lines (or moves around) that somehow pertains to his/her respective costume.
